6 Axles Dump Tipper Trailer Features

 ·       This heavy duty side dump trailer is designed to U (Half Pipe）Type. This 6 axles is specially designed  for Ghana market to transport maganese stones, which can also  be used to  transport sand,  other stone, coal and other solid building materials or industrial raw materials on hard and bad road condition.

·        After the back of the trailer is locked, sand can be loaded. When it arrives at the destination, the front side of the semi-trailer can be raised, which makes the goods drop from the back. The bucket of the trailer requires a thicker steel plate, because the goods are often hard materials, and the steel plate can prevent the cargo from damaging the trailer.

·       This trailer is designed to be 6 axles, first 3 or 2 axles  can be designed to be air suspension with lifting system, rear 3 or 4 axles are reinforced mechanical suspension.

·         Main beam:  Submerged arc welding Strengthened “I” section center members are welded.

·      It use super strong reinforeced mechanical suspension and BPW/Fuwa famous brand axles.
