1)Pre-Installation services

We will have installation manual for every customer for various trailer bought from cimc mega.

2) User training

Training of the end user is another part of our after sales service. We can help train the operator by either on line training by vedio meeting or can train them on site.  It is very essential that user training is provided propositions user is going to be handling the trailer. The customer service can share the screen and resolve the problem immediately in most of the cases

3) Warranty services

All CIMC mega trailer have 2 years quality guarantee for the main chassis, and as our over 30 years static, normally the chassis can use more than 10 years without any problem

Other parts especially the OEM parts, such as axles, suspensions, tires and wheel rims, we use all world top brand, all the guarantee of those parts come with supplier international quality guarantee policy.

5) Return/Replacement

If the chassis or any parts of cimc trailer have problem in the gurantee period, cimc is responsible to recall the damaged parts, and the logistic cost is also on cimc list.
